Founder and Certified full spectrum Doula and Child Birth Educator

I am Bobette, an award-winning full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, and the founder of UZURIBIRTH.
My journey began at the age of eight when I realized my desire to assist in childbirth. However, life led me away from midwifery school before I could graduate, redirecting my path. In 2014, after earning my doula certification, I committed to my true passion and vowed never to stray from it again. With a deep-rooted love for humanitarian work and the spiritual domain, I decided to integrate my various talents to support families during their pregnancy and birthing processes. Today I am proud to say I have contributed to the assistance of over 200 births.
As a mother of three and having resided on three different continents, I have a profound appreciation for the necessity of authentic maternal care experienced globally. Through my virtual and in-person classes, I provide a range of prenatal, birth, and postpartum support. My mission is to empower families, reinforcing that they hold the power and that their voices are significant.
Ama Kyei
My name is Ama Kyei. Im Finnish- Ghanaian doula, dance teacher and choreographer. I've always been very curious about everything that has to do with bringing life earthside and I finally did my doula education in Ghana with an organisation called A life of peace. I believe my calling for doula work is a manifestation of my calling for holistically supporting families. Families are meant to be supported by a community and especially in times of pregnancy, labor and postpartum. I consider it to be an honor to be a part of that community. Besides my doula work I work with an organisation called DanceOranges that aims to support and empower children/youth and women.

Tamara
My name is Tamara, and I am a Holistic Energy Medicine Therapist, a Herbalist, and a Certified Doula and Postpartum Doula. I’ve always been interested in everything pregnancy and midwifery, and when I got pregnant in 2016, met my midwife and discovered she was teaching doula courses, I immediately registered. I was my very first home birth experience and I felt so serene, confident, and fully in my power because of all the knowledge I had gained while taking my doula course during my pregnancy. It motivated me to combine my background in Energy Healing, Herbalism and my doula training, in order to provide assistance, support, and a holistic approach and experience to many other mothers and families on their fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journey. My goal is to help mothers release generational traumas not to pass them down to their children, and to release fears around pregnancy and birth so that they become more independent, confident and in their power.
