BIRTH
During the birth we will stay with you constantly to provide comfort and support, use massage and touch to help you relax and rest and help you get into comfortable positions. We also assist you with your adequate nutrition and fluids and help communicate your preferences to the medical staff.

Home birth
If you choose to have a home birth, we will team up with a midwife and make sure that you are as comfortable as possible during labor and birth.

Hospital birth
In case of a hospital birth we will accompany you through the process and stay with you until your baby is born and has started drinking milk.

Vbac support
Women who had a previous c-section will learn how to raise their chances of giving birth vaginally.

Lotus birth
If you choose not to cut the placenta and to leave it attached to the baby until it falls off naturally we will teach you before hand everything you need to know about the process.

C-section support
If you choose to have a home birth, we will team up with a midwife and make sure that you are as comfortable as possible during labor and birth.
