We are experienced in providing compassionate guidance and support to families who choose to have a lotus birth, whether in the comfort of their home or within a hospital setting. A lotus birth is the practice of allowing the umbilical cord to remain attached to the placenta until it naturally separates from the baby, typically within 3 to 10 days after birth. This gentle approach honors the baby's transition and supports a peaceful postpartum experience.

Waterbirth is widely recognized for its many benefits, for both mother and baby-including reduced labor pain, a more relaxed birthing experience, and a gentler transition for the newborn. With over 100 successful waterbirths in Ghana, we are proud to be one of the few providers offering this service.

To make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, we provide all necessary equipment, including the birthing tub and liner. Our experienced midwives come fully prepared with the essential supplies and medications that may be needed during a home birth. This means that families only need to focus on purchasing personal items for mom and baby.
